We hope you LOVE your purchase. However, we know that sometimes items don’t fit and an exchange is necessary. All purchases are eligible for Store Credit only – no cash refunds.
Also, all monogrammed items, accessories, earrings, are FINAL sale as well.
FOR STORE CREDIT:
1) Returns must be received by Beyond the Threads within 21 days of receipt of merchandise, no exceptions. This gives our customers time to decide if they are satisfied with their purchase.
2) Returns must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. Returned items that appear to have been worn, washed, stained or smell of smoke OR perfume the return will be refused. If refused we will email you and you can choose to send it back to you at your expense OR have us donate it. Any refused returns after 30 days that we have will be donated to a local charity of our choice.
3) Store credits cannot be issued until the return is received. We cannot go back and issue refund on a past order. PLEASE DO NOT REQUEST STORE CREDIT TO BE REFUNDED ON ORDERS – THE CODE MUST BE USED AT CHECKOUT – AS MUCH AS WE WANT TO HELP, THE ONLY WAY TO KEEP OUR RECORDS IN ORDER IS FOR THE CODES TO BE USED AT CHECKOUT! 5) Please include a copy of your packing list with the items you are returning circled and indicate the reason for your return.
6) The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend a method of shipment that will provide a tracking number (ask your post office for options). Beyond the Threads is not responsible for items lost or damaged by the shipping company.
7) If we receive an item back that does not qualify for a return (such as list below) we will either donate the item in your name to a local charity or send it back to you at your expense. All monogrammed items, accessories, earrings, leggings and SALE items are FINAL sale only.
The way we recommend you handle an exchange is for you to immediately place a new order for the item you wish to exchange, this will ensure the size you desire is available. Send the return item back and note your new order number on the packing list. When we process the returned item, we will credit you back to your original form of payment the original purchase price of the exchanged item or the price of the replacement item, whichever is lower, less any discounts or shipping charges. Your are welcome to exchange the item in our store.
Example #1: You purchase a top for $36 and return it for a different top at the same price. We will refund the full purchase price of the first top.
Example #2: You purchase a top for $50 and return it and purchase a new top for $36. We will refund $36 and issue a store credit for $14.
Example #3: You purchase two tops for $36 and $37 for a total of $73. You return both and purchase one new top for $54. We will refund $37 for the top you exchanged and issue a store credit for the $36 top you returned.

We cannot hold merchandise as we have so many orders come through it just is not possible.

*Please note: 1) measurements can vary slightly due to how tight it the garment stretched when measuring. We try to measure it across the front in a way that it would fit, but that could vary from the way you measure. The measurement is just another aid to help you in determining fit. 2) Exact colors may vary due to computer monitor resolutions, lighting and photography lenses.
