What is in my box?

Your box may have more than just monogrammed goodies. Your box may include a shirt, koozie, chapstick, bath bombs, jewelry, totes, drinkware and so much more! Depending on the box, or box size, you choose will depend of the number of items that you will find inside.

All of our boxes contain at least 2 items inside each month, besides our tee shirt subscription. Small boxes include at least 1 monogrammed item and at least 1 other goodie. Larger boxes include at least 2-4 items with greater values you will often receive more monogrammed/personalized items in larger boxes.

Tee shirt subscriptions include 1 tee shirt per month. Our tee shirts are valued up to $44. Some are monogrammed, and some will have cute sayings on them. Tee shirts may be sleeveless, short sleeve, or long sleeve… based on the season.  Tee shirt subscriptions may be purchased separately or as an add on to any box. If purchased separately, tee shirts arrive in a bubble mailer or small box. This subscription may at some point come with a monogrammed pocket tee and if that pocket tee is stitched please know that the pocket will be closed shut.

Can I change my Box Size?

If you choose at any point to upgrade to a larger box we cannot promise that you will not receive a product that you might already have. This is completely up to you if you choose to make a change to your box. This does not mean it will be the same items you already have it only means there is a chance you might get something twice. J

Sizing Info

Unisex Tee Shirt Size: We use 100% cotton tees a lot of the time do to people being familiar with the fit of these tees. If we use a different blend tee and the sizing is different we may adjust the size of your shirt by one size if we feel fit.

 Billing Info

Your credit card will be charged on the day you sign up and then on that day every month until you decide to cancel first of each month and your monogram box will be shipped by the 31st. If you purchase your box after the first of the month it will ship out but the end of the following month.

Your credit card will be charged for the current month when you sign up for the first box and will not be charged again until that day of the following month. Our monogram boxes ship out in different shipments throughout the month. Current subscriptions and new subscriptions received by the 1st begin ship between the 15th and 31st of each month. All items are custom made to order. Many items are special ordered. Late payments prevent current orders from shipping in a timely manner. All dates are approximate. Shipping times vary each month. All current orders ship by or before the 31st of each month. Once your order has been packaged and scheduled for pickup, tracking is emailed to email address on file. New orders received after the 22nd of each month ship in approx. 10-14 days.

Taxes, service charges, & shipping fees are applied to your plan when applicable. Please see taxes & Service charges. Any applicable taxes and shipping charges for your first monogram box will be charged at the time you sign up and all future charges will be included in the total cost of your monogram box payment charged on the month.

If you opt to receive a t-shirt subscription add on, this charge will be added in with your tax/shipping charges for your first monogram box and charged within 48 hours. All future t-shirt subscription charges will be included in the total cost of your monogram box payment charged on the 1st of each month.

Taxes & service charges: South Carolina residents 6% sales tax; All 49 states excluding SC will be charged a 6% service charge. Applicable taxes and shipping charges for your first monogram box will be charged with your first payment. All future charges will be included in the total cost of your monogram box payment charged on the day you signed up each month.

Shipping Details:

You will receive a box for the current month and the following month if you order by current month’s cutoff date. Cutoff date varies each month. February’s cutoff is the 25th.  March’s cutoff date is March 28th.  Updates posted weekly.  We are now accepting orders for March.  If you sign up between Feb 25h and March 28th your first box will be a March box.  If you signed up Jan 29th-Jan 31st you will not be charged on the 1st of February.  Your box will ship with February’s boxes.

These dates are tentative and subject to change. All orders received by 5/1 will ship by 5/31. All orders received later in the month are subject to later ship times.  Our boxes ship out in batches between the 15th and 31st.  We occasionally begin shipping a few days earlier.

Your credit card will be charged on the day you signed up of each month and your Box will be shipped by the 31st.

Cancellation Terms

After 3 months you may cancel your subscription at any time. Your monogram box will ship by the 31st of every month until you submit a cancellation request. We know you will love your box! But sometimes things happen and you may need to cancel. That’s no problem. You are receiving this great deal for all these goodies with your 3-month agreement. After 3 months you may cancel at any time. Please give 28 days notice before you card is charged to cancel your box.. For example, you may cancel your subscription before being charged on October 31st by filling out the cancelation form no later than October 3rd. Our sales associates do answer the phone in our boutique. They are able to answer general questions about our monogram boxes and take orders. If you have specific questions in regard to your box we ask that you please send us an email at To make changes to your profile, submit cancellation requests, or for specific info about billing & shipping please contact us at To ensure we got your changes in time for your next box please keep on the lookout for a reply or contact the store if this is an urgent change that needs to be made you are welcome to contact the store.

Changes to your Box: Any changes that need to be made we ask that you submit these changes within 20 days before your next box is scheduled to ship. Please make sure to email these changes  to and keep a lookout for an email back from us letting you know we received your changes and whether or not it will affective on your next box. We will try our best to make these changes as long as the box has not already gone out and we have the correct changes in stock to be able to make them.

Ex. If you change the size of your shirt and we do not have your corrected size in stock ready to ship by the time your box is ready to ship we will send the old size and apply the changes to the next box.

Box Return Policy

**due to the custom nature of monogrammed items, these items cannot be returned unless there was an error on our part**

Returns are not accepted on monogram box items. We love making items that you will love and take each and every item into account. We use only the best quality products. We offer monogram box member discounts up to 40% on these products and custom make them with your initials. You are receiving this discount each month. Please make sure to read all terms so that you have a complete understanding of what we promise and what you will receive. Our Beyond the Threads team has put together many boxes and have provided as much information as possible in hopes to answer all your questions. This section is also the “terms” check box when you check out. If you feel that any info is missing or not properly described in this section PLEASE email us at! We LOVE customer feedback and are always looking for ways to improve so if you aren’t happy with a box feel free to.

Postal Errors: All postal errors must be reported to your local post office. If you need to file a claim to retrieve your merchandise you will need your tracking # and our mailing address. If USPS makes an error with your order we will replace your items provided that you file a claim within 10 days. please email us once this claim has been filed so that we can follow up with USPS on your behalf. Claims may be filed online or at your local USPS branch.

Item Errors:  Any items that arrive with an error may be returned with no cost to the customer.  Such returns are accepted on unused merchandise.  Customer must report error within 5 days.  All errors can be reported to:
